For venues

Your venue page

A venue has a page with its details, its menu, its upcoming events and the artists playing there. Artists choose the venue from the shared list when they add an event, so the details are entered once.

Tables, orders and service

Customers order and ask for service from their own phones, and staff work from one live screen.

  • A code for each table. The fulfilment screen prints a QR code for every table. Scanning it opens your venue page with the table already known. Customers can also type the table's code; capitals do not matter.
  • Ordering. A customer picks items from your menu and sends the order to their table.
  • Service calls. A customer can request table service or request the check. Staff can record that a table has been bussed.
  • Each item moves through four stages: not started, in progress, prepared and delivered. Billing is tracked separately, so an item can be delivered and not yet billed. An order is complete when every item on it has been delivered.
  • The fulfilment screen updates live as orders and calls arrive and as staff mark items prepared, delivered or billed.

Hosting artists

  • Events. Your events appear on the events list, on the artists' pages and in their followers' alerts.
  • Listing an artist before they join. An event's lineup can include an artist who has no account yet. They get a claim link to take the profile over.

Designed, not yet available

  • Requests to Exhibit. Artists propose exhibits or gigs, and you accept, reject, or open chosen terms to counter offers. See Artists for how the negotiation works.
  • Sales on your walls. Sales of works record the venue where they happened, so you can see what sold at your venue.
  • Artists' specials. A chef or brewer can list specials that show on your page.
